Broadcasting on Comcast Cable channels 13 and 14, CPA-TV serves the
citizens of Charlottesville and Albemarle County by promoting the use of
local channels and encouraging residents to produce thought-provoking,
non-commercial programming.
The mission of CPA-TV is to enhance the unity and strength of the
community by providing:
* A medium for community dialogue and educational and
training opportunities
* A source of information of local, national and international origin
* A forum for the exchange of ideas on issues and topics of
community interest
